      Pros

      Being able to make your own schedule, Use your own sales leads! You get over 60% of your commision after a sale in a couple of days!

      Cons

      100% commision! Thats all that needs to be said. If you are discipline and organized you can do well but it is not for the feebel! Thats why over 90% of sales agents quit within the first year!

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
