      Pros

      I am enjoying working for Aflac because I have a great regional manager and mostly amazing team full of support. I can work on my own time and get what I put into it.

      Cons

      There is no base salary, so what you put time into is what you get. At the same time, this can be motivating as well.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
