      Pros

      Love our CEO and President! They really care about the people, customers and the organization. Great pay! They invest in their employees' growth and development. They give employees an entire week of appreciation and gifts. Bonuses and stocks are nice.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
