      Pros

      I loved my regional manager, she was some of the only female representation there.

      Cons

      They don’t always set you up for success. They leave out a ton of details. They try to fast-track you to distract you. Male-dominated, sexist industry.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
