      Pros

      Great people who are very bright and very kind. The leadership expects allot of themselves and the workers. The leaders care about their people.

      Cons

      The work hours are too long. Saturdays and 12 hour work days are normal.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
