      Flexibility, decent people, get out of it what you would put into it. I would spend a couple of days with an agent first.

      , non-payroll cases took forever to get issued. Promises made and not kept. People quack up

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
