      Great Company - Not so good advancement in security - Security Officer III Aflac Employee Review

      Pros

      The company itself is awsome to work with and many different departments are top notch.

      Cons

      With in the security department there is limited growth and trying to reach another position in the company is all but impossible. There are numerous officers with masters and bachleour degrees that have been trying to go into a different department for years with no luck.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
