      Aflac is a family-oriented company that makes decisions taking into consideration what is best for their employees and the business. They are fair and they overcompensate employee time with more than adequate pay, bonus and incentives

      Due to the nature of business, Aflac is unable to reward all employees with 6 figured salaries

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
