      Flexibility, Cool People, Opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      If you have a choice do not join this organization. They will bail you in with a bunch of promises and the fantasy of making loads of money. Then they will just pretty much let you fend for yourself. Hardly any training or support. If you decide to stay, read your contract, read commission statements. ask questions, etc. What they tell you is not what you get.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
