      Pros

      If you are applying to their headquarters in Columbus Georgia or their Tokyo branch, these branches are great.

      Cons

      Their New York Global Investments Wall Street branch is a disaster. No synergy or coordination across departments. Lot of political nonsense and bureaucracy. Very subjective and unfair environment, controlled by only few people who were already friends from previous companies.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
