      Pros

      Name recognition, nice office, that’s about it

      Cons

      Out of touch management, bad technology, office politics and egos, zero training, terribly understaffed, high turnover, pay well below industry average, outdated and backwards policies and processes that never change, an overall sense of confusion on a regular basis as communication is poor and management has trouble making decisions

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
