      Pros

      The pay was decent, but honestly can be better, and the insurance and PTO was great.

      Cons

      The quota and micromanagement was horrible. They keep posting that 71% of their employees like it there and never want to leave. LIES... where are they getting that # from? It has to be Aflac Japan cause at HQ its NOT like that at all. Majority of the people there are miserable. You are expected to be a perfect robot. You have to process all claims correctly and of you miss 1 you get in so much trouble.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
