      Pros

      Good work life balance. If you had an appointment you were able to make up the time. Management was fine with that. Culture was good. Hours were good.

      Cons

      Not easy to move around the company - not even for people who had worked with the company for 10 years. Pay was terrible. Training was ok.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
