You can make your own hours.

Cons

Only commission job. First year can be rough if you don't have the right guidance. First year you only get a commission when your clients enroll and no when you check on them or file claims. You are on the road all the time and pay for your own gas. If one of your clients drops their policy or don't pay their bill for the month, it goes against you because you already received a commission when they initially enrolled.

Pros

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Cons

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
