      Minimum wage Homophobic coworkers MLM employment system Boss demanded I do something I was completely unqualified to do, and when I pointed out that I have no training or knowledge in this high technical skill (making music videos) she told me to figure it out or be fired

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
