The average person will scrape by their first few years on saved money from other jobs. The training is very hit and miss depending on who your mentor is and where you are located. There is only really a work life balance if you choose not to work....you own your own business only in theory. AFLAC can remove your contract with them at any time they choose. **What they won't tell you about your work is that like all business owners, you really are at the mercy and time of other business owners. You can begin to feel desperate or just general apathy towards regular human conditions...sometimes I think that even if you were making tons of $$ doing this it would not be worth it...
