      Pros

      The company does have the name recognition. Nice people. Made a few friends. Good experience. Learned that I will never join on with this company again.

      Cons

      Way way way way way over saturated in the area here. The office seemed disorganized and scattered from day one. Their hiring and prospecting process share a similar theme. Spaghetti thrown on the wall, and let's see what sticks. The company has a bit of a pyramid scheme feel. Watch out on your exit for a possible bill from them for charge backs.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
