      good pay, benefits, flexible start times

      Cons

      No work life balance, Salaried with no overtime compensation, no ability to grow and move up. system is designed for leave and not for disability-very hard to work in, very manual coding for all things, Management has no idea how to work in the system. They are unaware how bad things are because they have never worked in a claim

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
