Cons
Despite the amazing pros, Afresh is becoming a pressure cooker for some groups at the company. Beyond short-medium term complications from a labor shortage, expectations seem to be out of alignment with what I would consider a healthy work-life balance. A value that leadership preaches. For example, just reading my official role expectations in terms of performance is overwhelming. It could take 20 minutes to get through it, let alone internalize it. Some managers may have been exceptional as ICs are not suited for management. Intimidation, arrogance, and a sheer lack of empathy are plentiful. This issue is manifesting as a revolving door for certain roles at the company.
