-Help families in need -Extreme amount of OT

Cons

-inconsistent schedule -never being home -overcharging families -constant upselling -frequently adding “miscellaneous” charges to make a job “worth the drive” -terrible upper management -will not get final paycheck on time -frequently breaks labor laws and OSHA regulations -No significant training -overbearing workload(constant non-paid work) -specifies OT restrictions -confusing paychecks -No explanation for a mysterious Field Operation Bonus -No real background check for new hires/ no quality check on new hires. -will change your punches without alerting you -on call 24/7 and have to have a charged phone on 24/7 to answer at all times(calls or texts)or potential punishments -No real support system for field employees -Doesn’t follow reporting time standard -Doesn’t follow the pay rates given in contract
