      - You will meet some genuinely nice people within your team - You will naturally upskill yourself

      Cons

      -No work life balance - Low pay - taking advantage of people who are excited about the company -No opportunities unless you want to do more with without adequate pay - Toxic management (bullying, harassment, people fear seeing management, frat boy mentality) - Toxic culture which trickles down - No HR - dirty workplace

      Cons

      Throw you into wolves and expect you to thrive with some ego colleagues who acts smart and looking down at you if you have no experienced at all. Toxic work place plus alot of chatter behind your back even if you mind your own business. Careful. Even the supervisor/manager at that time don’t even bother.
