Good work life balance, competitive pay, lots of room to learn and grow

General lack of direction and guidance

Customers and coworkers alike are are generally great people. Most managers are supportive and helpful. Like most workplaces there's a couple bad eggs but nothing being professional can't handle.

This is definitely an old school good old boys club with rampant nepotism. The people are nice, but it's a public company so still very disenfranchising to see nepo babies get fast tracked.
