      benefits, hours, pto, are all great perks of working for agp.

      Cons

      good ol boy atmosphere. lack of initiative amongst management. the attitude is do what you can to get by and wait for retirement.

      Shift work is alternating and rotating (2 weeks days then 2 weeks nights)
