Working for a large employer will naturally have occasional issues in communication, workload balance and process inconsistencies. These challenges are normal parts of business and open up a conversation for areas of improvement. Overall, in my experience, these issues are few and far between.

Teams tend to have good camaraderie, and there’s a general feeling that people want to support each other. One downside is that pay can be heavily weighted toward tenure. While bonuses are competitive overall, compensation may feel a bit discouraging at first. That said, this approach rewards long-term commitment, and there are opportunities for salary growth as performance is demonstrated.
