No pros, avoid yourself all the headaches and trouble.
Cons
They’re main focus is making as much money as they can. They underpay their employees and overcompensate the higher ups! There is no accountability with any management positions no matter who you ask to resolve the conflict. They are not willing to address any issues to not rub people the wrong way and are dismissive of any issues that WILL happen while working here. People in management positions are rude, Dismissive, belittling, and degrading because they know they will not be reprimanded and they can do and say to you whatever they want. Most people there don’t want to be there and and job search even while on the job. Not to mention they have lay-offs ALL THE TIME!
