Cons

The compensation is really low compared to what other companies are offering. The Senior are very rude and don't respect your seniority in any way and keep on commenting very rude words about you, no matter u are a women also. Very toxic place to work to. They are extremely nice initially and later on, they dont even care how happy u are here.

Pros

– (Honestly, almost none worth highlighting.)

Cons

Lots of politics — favoritism and power plays dominate the workplace Appraisals are not meaningful — no real feedback or reward for performance Managers aren’t supportive — they hold onto key decisions and dependencies without helping Policies aren’t followed — rules exist on paper but aren’t enforced in day-to-day work No corporate environment or activities — lacks team events, engagement, or culture No motivation or appreciation — employees aren’t recognized or encouraged Bad exit experience — leaving employees treated poorly, with obscure policy justifications HR is unresponsive — slow or no replies to important questions Double standards on policies — employees are expected to follow rules that leaders often ignore
