AGATSA SOFTWARE PVT LTD, A product based company which manufacture portable ECG devices, They product claim to give instant result within 10 mins on heart conditions, The product brings lot of innovation in the field of MedTech but still missing out on major clinical trials. AGATSA SOFTWARE as an organization is horrible, freaking nuisance and disaster to start once career with in their professional endeavor. They master the art of showing an unprofessionalism at the best of there capacity. Here are some interesting insights about the medtech organization. The founder and co-founder of the company are engineer from well known university So starting with one of the founders (Rahul Rastogi) an engineer as per academic, master the art of gaining empathy from fellow staff members of the organization by narrating a monologue of fake and emotional stories on health conditions in order to gain empathy and sympathy for some vague moral cause. Interestingly Mr Rahul Rastogi is facing a severe medical conditions of dissociative Identity disorder which is one of the rare insights of his charismatic personality, he is found to act as a very innocent person initially however true character comes out slowly at a later stage He excels the quality of fake commitment to employees and investors by vague monologues. He excels wonderful quality of saying one thing in front of the employee and completely different on his/her behind. Another Co-Founder (Neha Rastogi), She is self-obsessed women medically under a category of narcissistic personality disorder, She is found to be ego-centric and required an exaggerated pampering of self-importance. she has wonderful quality of believing herself to be always on the right side and proving everyone else wrong and additionally has no even trust on her own hiring process and de-value fellow co-staff/ employee of her own organization. she is found to be flipping her own conversation and approval process. She hold beautiful quality of arrogance and egoistic personality which make her even dangerous to abuse the staff at given point of time with zero empathy and sympathy for staff working under her. she tend to live under a parallel universe of self-obsessions. The work-place is absolute unsafe for females fellow staffs and so as for male employees. An complete mess when it comes to ethical code of conduct for employees working in an organizations. The organization do have team building session on weekend but that just make-up or cover-up for all the disaster. AGATSA SOFTWARES, The company has 5 days official working but Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be holidays/week-off but are un-official working for fellow staff member, the founders and co-founders are in their true personality sense on Saturday and Sunday where they just expect the staff to work on weekend to get the sales for the company , so technically there are no week-off’s or public holidays to adhere personal commitments. HR Team, They have absolute no control on the HR Policies and Practices . Apparently the HR do ensure the salaries are paid on time. However don’t expect to have control on malpractices and un-ethical practices being followed in an organization. Sadly, The so called product based company has zero compliances on audit practices and business has multiple financial irregularity which is yet to explored by external auditors. AGATSA SOFTWARES are very poor pay master when it comes to payments to vendors which are ideally delayed or absolutely denied.
