Get paid 25th of the month. Other staff are pleasant and good to work with.

Senior managers are disgraceful and treat staff like muck. We are asked to stick to the values and be kind and considerate to others but yet they can't be. Whole project team made redundant - due to internal politics with other member organisations. 10 staff ! Very negative environment to work in, many colleagues are afraid to say anything for fear of being ostracized. Many good staff leave or are forced to go because of management inept ability to secure long term funding or any type of contingency type fund to support projects. Hierarchy is crazy - you can't email a person directly you have to go through your manager and they in turn make the query request on your behalf ! Staff away days are compulsory and if you don't go your manager is questioned by the CEO as to why you are absent. CEO never says hello or anything to staff and only contacts them via their manager .. again hierarchy is crazy ! Very behind the times with IT infrastructure .

Lacks a range of diverse staff. You are monitored all the time. There is a lack of progression opportunities. High staff turn over for such a small team. Very target driven.
