      Pros

      I've worked in great organisations before, but this one stands out for its genuine culture of care, collaboration, and ambition. The company has multiple offices across the UK, which offers great flexibility for hybrid working. No matter which site you're at, you're made to feel welcome – there’s a real consistency in values and culture. The team is incredibly supportive. People look out for one another, share knowledge freely, and genuinely celebrate each other’s successes. Ideas are always welcomed – whether you're in your first month or part of the senior team, there's real openness to trying new things and pushing boundaries. Leadership sets a strong tone when it comes to work ethic and values. Even in an industry that faces its fair share of public scrutiny, the organisation remains committed to doing the right thing – and doing it well. One thing I particularly admire is how much the company cares about what matters personally to its people – from supporting personal fundraising efforts to offering time and space for the causes individuals are passionate about.

      Cons

      It's a fast-moving, fast-growing business, so if you prefer a rigid structure or don’t enjoy change, it might not be the best fit. But if you thrive in a place where you can make a difference, you’ll feel right at home here.

      Working as a Sales Team Leader at Agena has been a genuinely rewarding experience. You’re not just managing numbers you’re developing people. Watching team members grow in skill and confidence is one of the best parts of the job. There’s a real emphasis on collaboration and shared success, and when the team performs well, it’s properly recognised and celebrated. The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, but it’s also supportive. You’re encouraged to bring ideas, challenge processes, and actually see those ideas put into action. It’s nice to feel that your voice matters. There are strong opportunities for personal and career development. You get exposure to senior leadership and cross-department projects, which helps you build experience beyond just sales. It’s a great role for anyone who wants to develop as a leader and make a measurable impact on business growth. Overall, Agena is a company that values initiative, rewards effort, and creates a culture where you can genuinely enjoy coming to work and driving results.

      Cons

      The pace can get intense around key deadlines or month-end targets, which can make things feel a bit full-on at times. That said, it’s something the company is aware of there’s been a real push lately to improve workload balance and communication, with better planning and support from senior management to help ease those peak periods.

      Working here has been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. The company genuinely values employee engagement and personal growth, creating an environment where you feel supported and trusted to take ownership of your work. New ideas are welcomed and your contributions really matter. Very early on they make your feel like your personal development matters and everyone is willing to help.

      Cons

      Honestly, none that outweighs the positives. Every workplace has its challenges and the leadership listens and continuously improves
