As a DevOps engineer at this company, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Here are some of the things I appreciate about working here: Collaborative team environment that values open communication and mutual support Exciting and engaging projects that offer plenty of opportunities to learn and grow Generous compensation and benefits package that includes health insurance, and paid time off Innovative company culture that encourages creativity and experimentation Overall, I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a supportive and forward-thinking team, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a rewarding career in the tech industry.

While this company does a tremendous job in fostering employee growth and development, I believe that supporting employees in pursuing certifications, attending conferences, and other professional development events would further strengthen its already impressive commitment to its workforce. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience here and excited to see the company continue to grow and succeed.

Many people there were very nice and genuine. Most clients at that time were pretty easy to work with. I appreciated PTO flexibility.

Management leads with very outdated thinking, processes, and standards. Pay is ridiculously below market - their arguments for why I didn’t deserve fair compensation for my skills/value were nonsense. Very concerning comments were made about work/life balance. Seemed to be an open work culture at first but steadily declined to more secretive and disengaged. By the time I left, the job and work culture was not at all what I had initially agreed to.
