Introduction to insurance and opportunity to get licensed. Fellow coworkers were all a joy to work with and great people. But not the management team.

Poor management Tends to not pay on time and miss paychecks. HR is not for the benefit of the employees but for the company. Low pay. Pay rate does not match cost of living ir inflation standards. Unrealistic expectations.
