Pros
- Great team - Casual-but-focused environment - Room to grow and learn for young hires, challenging and granular industry that can stimulate far more experienced candidates - when things change, the adventure becomes all the better - hours and respect for life outside office is paramount, but there's always something to look forward to - or a new way to contribute - whenever you come into work;)
Cons
- "when you win want to win, you have to teach. When you lose, you have to learn." too many in the past have lacked this achievement-oriented attitude and have just been looking for a job, trying to take the easy way to their next goal. - compensation could be slightly better, but I can't really think of anywhere where the grass might be greener
