Great Hours/ Great Co-workers/ Great Room for Growth/ Great Learning Experience

Cons

Sometimes lack of communication creates a real barrier between members and employees. This is something that has been addressed and I can tell the company is on the up and up. I can't wait to reach that point.

I love working here it is a breathe of fresh air. In Dallas,Tx it is hard to find a job with good benefits, works with your personal schedule, and allows you a chance to learn and grow with in the company. When I first got the call for an interview I was skeptical about coming because it was on a Saturday. However, I'm so happy that I came! I can see my self working here for years! They pay is good, they feed us twice a week! Great people to work will and the Management is very understanding

Cons

Some of the people who have been here for a long time are not use to growth so starting out they can be a little up tight but after you have earned your stripes they are nice
