Pros

Goes above and beyond for all employees, starting pay was decent for the area, supplies all the resources needed to help every employee succeed, makes accommodations for employees if need be, paid for a full 8 hour day with two 15 minute breaks, safety is a priority to them provide badges to enter the building so no one could just walk in off the street provided a security officer for all shifts that did routine walk through of the grounds, provided extensive training over the course of 3 months to ensure every employee was confident in any situation given once on their own, promote from within

Cons

Surrounded by hundreds of people but did not know many of them, stuck in a cubicle so even though you were surrounded by people you still felt alone, not a big enough break room, non-smoking facility, not enough parking, certain days of the week had a larger amount of employees so there turned out to be very limited seating at certain times

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
