Thank you for your feedback. I agree with your perspective that leadership should be actively engaged with their teams to understand what we can be doing better to serve our customers. In the instances where there are challenges between a manager and employee, we have a national HR team made up of individuals available to speak with and gather feedback such as what you shared - I encourage you to utilize those resources.
Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.
Cons
Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
