Thank you for feedback. I agree 100% - you can never have enough talented and motivated team members and at Agero the bar is pretty high! Assessing others hard work and dedication can be a slippery slope so here is my advice - assume competence of your peers, assume good intentions of your peers and communicate, communicate, communicate - with your leadership team, with your manager and even more importantly with those on your team. If you run into any issues along the way, your HR team is always here to help.
