Pros

Good Pay, paid time off and overtime if you want to work it

Cons

Supervisors favor certain employees over others. The company is quick, almost daily, to point out your mistakes, but very little recognition of a job well done. You are constantly monitored which gives them a paper trail if you make a mistake. Instead of actually coaching you when you have made a mistake you receive the blame. I spent more time in training hearing about the trainers personal home life than learning, so I did not feel prepared when I hit the floor. Coaches who are playing childish games or flirting with guys, didn't help my OJT experience. I had one awesome supervisor and my job performance improved greatly under him and then they took me off his team.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
