Pros

Work from home, immediate coaches and supervisors were great

Cons

You have to lie to customers, "national" (upper management) will put you in positions that you are not trained for, clients (companies that Agero has a contract with to set up roadside assistance) are extended warranty companies that rip off their customers, Ford uses Agero agents to stall and Agero agents have to deal with the fallout, "national" does not care about call center agents at all, the software that agents use is absolutely pathetic, there are technical issues literally every day, agents are expected to meet production goals despite many company and software issues that slow the agent down, etc.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
