There is not one thing good about this company

Only 2 weeks training..Once on floor NO help at all...Supervisors are always gone, meetings, vacation, no one assigned. Forced OT of 4 hours a day and 4 days a week!!!! My class started with 18 people, by week 4 there were only 4 of us left. They hotseat and the work stations are filthy...asked if they ever got cleaned? Nope. Can I have some cleaning supplies to clean my area? Nope. System out of date, super slow and wrong a lot.....Vendors complain they never get paid from Agero.

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
