      - Flexible - Great people to work with that have lots of great skills and knowledge

      Cons

      - There are managers when they have worked at Agfa for 20 plus years that think they know something and have no clue where the printing industry is going and they are slowly killing the company - Stubborn upper management mistakes caused many people to loose their jobs. - None of the engineering team have any clue about the printing industry. How can you design something great if you don't know what the end requirements are. - Below average compensation

      Brand recognition Loyal long term employees once you get below executive and senior management There is amazing industry knowledge with it the loyal long term employees
