Work benefits (vitality, healthshield, etc.) and the staff.
Cons
Managers don't have a clue what's going on, there is absolutely no organisation in this business. The systems do not work as designed most of the time. No progression. Endless talk of improvements but no actions regarding these. Constant staff turnover. Constant "process" changes that all staff are uneasy about. People losing jobs and being made redundant.
