Pros
- They talk a lot about agile (mind you, only talk) - Pays above average - Cant think anything special. I've seen other reviews (written by HR) to boost their ratings. They have mentioned things like health care, certifications etc. But these are not special but most of them are required by law (for e.g. health care, maternity leave etc)
Cons
- Poor work life balance. They treat you like donkeys. - No respect for people. Its hire and fire culture - Lot of politics - Its a one man show - Leadership has no management experience. - This company has no product development experience. Above all, they say - its an agile company. But reality cant be far from it. A product which is been in development for last 6 years with no paying customer. How agile is that. They are not making any money but this company survives just because of its other sister companies. Very risky to join as they are making losses for entirety of their existence.
