Pros
There are no pros. People will try to take credit for your work. Director, CEO, Managers are not good at all.
Cons
They don't have good projects. Forget about satisfying employees, They can't even satisfy their customers. The main problem with Agile soft systems is that they will start the project with 5 people and after the client confirms the project to the company, Agile reduces the men-force required for the project. So instead of 5 resources, only 2 will work. There is lot of politics in the office. This company does not care about their employees. They will fire you one day without any notice. They have done this with many of my colleagues. They have their whole family working in the office. So until you are a relative/friend of the owner, your work will not be appreciated.
