AgileBlue is an incredible place to work with a supportive and uplifting culture. The company truly values work-life balance, offering unlimited PTO and trusting employees to manage their time without micromanagement. Since we’re fully remote, there’s a strong focus on keeping the team connected through virtual events—one of my favorites was a wine tasting a few months back! The Cleveland-based team also gets together regularly for office lunches, which adds a nice in-person touch. The work environment is fluid, collaborative, and empowering, and I genuinely love the people I work with. Beyond the culture, I truly believe in the product we sell, and it’s exciting to see AgileBlue constantly investing in both its technology and its people.
