- the average wage is the lowest I have heard in such an expensive city as Milan;
- extra hours are paid only if you don't get any holidays in the same months, otherwise they will be subtracted;
- management does not treat their employees as human beings;
- no lunch vouchers as usually happens here in Italy;
- no health insurance, ho hours covered by the right to go to the doctor when needed;
- forget about any kind of benefts.
