It holds us to account for our ambition to create a positive, supportive and inclusive employee experience and working environment for all our people. As part of the Senior Management Team and chair of our diversity and inclusion committee, I find your comments about senior management and inclusivity very concerning which is why I have investigated the statements further. No more than 20% of our Senior Management Team went to public school. I can also confirm that we do not have employees male or female on fixed-term contracts in the way you suggest. It’s a core ambition of ours to enable and support underrepresented groups – including women within Agilisys – and into the technology sector as a career.
