Awesome Company - Anonymous employee Agility Partners (OH) Employee Review

Since joining Agility Partners, I have not only had the opportunity to take on new challenges, but also the autonomy to take ownership of roadblocks and come up with possible solutions. I feel supported by not only my manager but also by the executive leadership team. Agility Partners works hard to support growth opportunities for their employees and looks to promote from within.

The only con I can think of is that the market can really impact the work in an industry like technology consulting and staffing. AP has a done a great job to continue to find opportunities to win despite a challenging market though!

Good culture, decent pay, that’s about it.

Lots of upper management layoffs due to loss of business, they have no idea what they’re doing. Falsely advertised role as a “tech sales” gig ….. it’s recruiting and cold calling people all day. High pressure, expected to perform at the level of someone who’s been there 5+ years in your first 3 months.
