No cons - I love my job!

It’s a sterling stone for first job experience.

Brags about firing people, and gets excited about it. People are replaceable regardless of the value they bring to the company. It’s hard to work diligently and professionally in an environment like that. You won’t get paid commission for months, and it’s a possibility you won’t get it at all because it’s basically two months in the rear and you’re responsible not only for AR but recruiting too. It’s a horrible operation.
