Pros
Good clients with interesting ideas, good product. The people in my team were very friendly and it was a pleasure to be around them.
Cons
There are a lot of managers and not enough people executing the tasks; nothing is really thought through; many of the managers don't have a clue about leading their teams from an employee development point of view to actually implementing processes to ensure the work getting done at a high level.
