1. You cannot make work life balance.
2.Working hours they will say as 9 hours but you need to work for more than 11 hours even women employees.
3.Break 15 mins and lunch 45mins which is strict only for employees . Not for HR and team. If you spent more than a minute you will get a warning mail from management.
4. Whenever you ask something to HR and team , you will not get response from them. You will get a reply like "Will let you Know" that too if you repeatedly ask them again and again. If they ask something you need to reply quickly.
5.When you join the company HR will be very kind. But later you will get to know their real face.
6.They will not provide you hike properly . It will takes place once per 1.5 year for hike.
7.They are maintaining 3 companies. They will hire you for one company but they will provide joining letter an salary from different companies each month.
8.They will not provide you payslip properly. you need to hang before them for everything.
9. They will hire employee with good salary but once the project gets over they will ask you to leave anytime.
10. Every deciding authority is HR only.
11.All the good reviews are posted by current employees who are asked to put individually by the HR.
12. When you are about to quit your job HR will accept your resignation very lately and will ask to stay 60 day from the day they accept your resignation letter.
Once you relieved they will provide you salary after 3 months you relieved. They will not give relieving letter unless you hang before the HR.
